The ingredients are fit for two to four portions.
- 2 Spoons ghī or sesame oil.
- 1 Teaspoon grated ginger.
- ¼ Teaspoon curry leaf powder.
- ¼ Teaspoon cumin powder.
- ½ Teaspoon tumeric powder.
- ½ Teaspoon coriander powder.
- The leaves of 1 cauliflower (without the hard part at the root of the cauliflower).
- 1 Litre water.
- Juice from ¼ lemon.
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper powder.
- 1 Teaspoon salt.
- Cut the cauliflower leaves into pieces.
- Heat the ghī or sesame oil.
- Add the ginger, curry leaf, cumin, tumeric and coriander and fry them for a few seconds.
- Add the cauliflower leaves and fry them for one or two minutes.
- Add the water, bring it to a boil, and let the whole simmer untill the cauliflower leaves are done.
- Blender the whole into a smooth soup.
- Add the lemon juice, black pepper and salt and stirr well.
