The ingredients are fit for about two portions.
- 2 Cups mixed vegetables (like carrot, cauliflower, green beans, potato and pumpkin).
- 1 Spoon ghī or sesame oil.
- ¼ Teaspoon bay leaf powder.
- ¼ Teaspoon ginger powder.
- ½ Teaspoon tumeric powder.
- ½ Teaspoon coriander powder.
- 1 Litre water.
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper powder.
- 1 Teaspoon salt.
- Wash and cut the vegetables.
- Heat the ghī or sesame oil, add the bay leaf, ginger, tumeric and coriander and fry them for a few moments.
- Add the vegetables and fry them for a few moments.
- Add the water and let everything cook on a moderate flame untill the vegetables are done.
- Add the black pepper and salt.
