The ingredients are fit for approximately two portions.
- 1 Small carrot.
- 1 Small parsnip.
- 1 Small potato.
- 1 Small sweet potato.
- 1 Spoon ghī, sesame oil or coconut oil.
- 1 Tea spoon fennel powder.
- ½ Teaspoon anis powder.
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper.
- 1 Teaspoon salt.
- Peel, wash and cut the vegetables.
- Heat the ghī or oil.
- Add the fennel powder and fry it a few moments.
- Add the vegetables and fry them a few moments.
- Add the water, anis powder and black pepper and cook everything untill the vegetables are done and the water is vaporated.
- Put the heat low, add salt and stir.
