The main ingredient is apple. As an additional ingredient for instance blueberries, grapes, strawberries or tangerines can be used.
The ingredients are fit for about two portions.
- 1 Apple.
- 1 Cup blueberries, grapes, strawberries or tangerines.
- 1 Spoon mint leaves.
- 1 Spoon almond slivers.
- 1 Spoon lemon juice.
- ½ Spoon honey.
- ¼ Teaspoon cardamom powder.
- Cut the apple into pieces. Large strawberries can be cut in pieces as well. Tangerines can be broken into parts.
- Cut the mint leaves into julienne.
- Roast the almond slivers.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
